Haven’t received anything yet

Maybe you consider the order fulfilled, but I haven’t received anything from you yet. My purchase apparently made it over to the U.S., but has been languishing somewhere over here since the end of November. The U.S. Post Office hasn’t even received the item yet, so that it can be delivered to me. Very disappointing. (Probably not your fault, I understand, but I have no idea who’s currently in possession of my purchase, so I have no other recourse but to hold you guys accountable.)
